These make my morning
After going to a functional doctor, I learned I had numerous food sensitivities including eggs, glutin and dairy. That made breakfast a challenge until I found these. I love the high protien, low sugar, portability, and they taste good. A wonderful compliment to my morning coffee.

OK as a pick me up.
Don't be fooled by the image on the package. The closest these come to a cookie is the consistency is like tuff chewy cookie dough. Not as sweet though. Does have redeeming chunks of chocolate, so I guess it's a trade-off.
