I’ve been using this 63/37 solder wire for electronics repair work, including game controllers, circuit boards, and various small soldering projects, and it has exceeded my expectations. The solder melts quickly and flows smoothly, making it easy to create clean, strong, and professional-looking solder joints. One of the biggest advantages of 63/37 solder is that it transitions directly from liquid to solid, which helps reduce the risk of cold solder joints. I found this especially useful when working on delicate electronic components where precision matters. The flux core does an excellent job of helping the solder adhere properly, resulting in reliable connections with minimal effort. This is perfect solder! It melts easy and easy to use

I bought this 63/37 rosin core solder wire for electronics repair. It does NOT live up to the "high purity" description. The solder melts unevenly, flows very poorly, and forms dull, grainy joints instead of smooth shiny solder points. There is excessive spattering when heating. Even with the built-in flux, it oxidizes quickly and leaves rough, unreliable connections. The claimed 1.8% flux content seems inaccurate. Many sections of the wire have little or no rosin inside. I frequently get cold solder joints. For precision PCB work, this wire is unusable. Would not recommend for anyone repairing circuit boards.
