I dont understand why they mentioned take 2 tablets as whenever I take 2 I get a running stomach and instead of sleeping am in the washroom. Since I started taking 1 tablet I feel relaxed n I am sleeping soooo soundly.

I had headache since 6 months. I bought one bottle of this supplementary magnesium , I know the dose is 2 tablets a day , but for my case I took only one. now I didn't have headache since 33 days. So I recommend it, today I placed another order for he secod bottle and I will continue taking one tablet a day.

After using not regularly or at same time but 5 times average a week. I saw improvement in my energy level, I feel more stable during stairs climb or walk, I might have low red blood cells, I didn't tested as this tablets are only have RDA 100% , So I thought no way I can harm in overdose But if you think you are having low red blood cell count please chek with blood test and definitely use it if required really good product. I also feel my veins in my hand are more prominent and visible, earlier it was very less visible under the skin or something but this things I noticed, the glycinate form of the Iron don't give stomach pain or anything even if taken in empty stomach.
