World of Warcraft: The Official Tarot Deck and Guidebook

This is a large and very high-quality Tarot deck. Comes in a very sturdy box which feels quite heavy in the hand. This is not your average Tarot deck! the book/booklet is inside the box and has dimensions larger than the cards, is in beautiful full color, and has some basic introductory material and a reading for every card both Upright and Reversed. The booklet is 128 pages long with a double spread for each major arcana and a page for each minor arcana card. All cards are shown in color in the booklet. Every card, both major and minor arcana, has unique full-size artwork! All done in the same style which actually looks nicer than the product images show. The color gradients are very smooth and pleasant to look at. The art is surrounded by a shiny gold foil border. The card backs are a smooth matte, but all the central artwork and the four corner marks have a shiny smooth coating selectively applied to them. I ordered this back when it was announced, and it arrived on the day of release (after being delayed once). I wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it is. This would be a fantastic gift for any WoW player or anyone who enjoys fantasy art, whether or not they care much about the Tarot. And the price is amazing for what you get. I just ordered another one to use as a gift (or maybe I'll just keep it as a collectible just in case they go out of print). All the stars. Highest recommendation.

For any fan of Warcraft who is a collector, or who also happens to be interested in Tarot Cards, this is an amazing item to add to your collection. The set came sealed in a high quality box, and included an instruction booklet describing the meaning of each card. The quality of the cards themselves is very nice. I was the most excited to view the unique artwork on every card, and I was not disappointed. Each card has a beautiful illustration that any Warcraft fan could appreciate. I’d definitely recommend these cards as a gift or as an item to add to your own collection.

You should know this just a regular tarot deck but with WoW art. I thought it’d be a little more themed than that. Alas, the art and cards are absolutely beautiful and worth the price.

There is not much to mention about it. The box that contains the cards is sturdy and offers good protection. The cards are great quality and the art used is fantastic, offering direct references to important warcraft moments or characters. I had not seen the art used here before, which is an extremely welcomed surprise. This is a pretty good item for fans.

I am SO sick of decks that are just Major Arcana illustrated and the Minors are pips. Fallout, LOtR, and others that I cannot recall right now are all pips. All failures, in my opinion, to do a tarot deck justice. But this one is fully illustrated! I am not even a World of Warcraft fan, and I like this deck. It is RWS based also, which makes for ease of reading. I am wanting to now look into this fandom for information on the characters. They look terrific. Also, I like the pastel pallet of this deck. Very pleasant to look at. I need to study the images some more and I'm looking forward to that. But for now I am very pleased.

I received my deck today and I absolutely love it! The deck came in a nice box, similar to other decks I've gotten. The guidebook that comes with the deck is great, with a full-color image of each card included. The cardstock is very high quality. The card art is absolutely beautiful, and each card has a gold foil border. The art on the card backs resembles the Chronicles cosmology chart, but simplified and fully reversible. The art and the icons in the corners are glossy on a matte background, which has a pretty striking effect when it catches the light. You don't have to be a diehard fan of World of Warcraft to enjoy this deck, but a knowledge of the lore of the game will definitely give you a deeper appreciation of it. The preorder shipping date got pushed back a couple times, but it wasn't anything too outrageous and it was definitely worth the wait. This deck exceeded my hopes and expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone who's into both WoW and tarot--you will not be disappointed.

Given the Blizzard Quality TM of late, the fact the author had only done a Sonic fortune card set, and lack of real pictures from the cards outside the few majors we got, i had assumed that this deck would be skimped on, or a cringey renameing of suits. But no, the characters chosen for the cards work exceedingly well for RWS meanings and imagery, the deck is thicker than your average tarot deck so even with big hands its sometimes awkward to shuffle. The borders are a reflective gold color, and the card stock is very good. The backs are glossy which i didnt expect. Suits go Wands, Cups, Swords, Pentacles. There is no favoring of either faction and both are represented i would say fairly. I didnt expect Dracthyr to be in it but we get our wins when we get them and the Page of Cups is Emberthal. One thing I would say is the Ten of Swords being Nathanos Blightcaller's death is something that I feel no one takes seriously paired with the meaning of the card unless you enjoyed BFA/Shadowlands. which also should mention Zovaal is in the deck, as well as Pelagos, but don't let that stop you. If you are a collector and enjoy wow, pick it up!

These cards are stunning! I have a few insight editions tarot decks: hocus pocus, the nightmare before Christmas, disney villains. But this one takes the cake! Gorgeous illustrations, fully illustrated including the pips, gilding on the card faces (i love blingbling on cards) with the back having a fancy laminated inset. They stay true to both WoW lore and tarot rws Instant fave! I can see this one getting used a lot. I do wish they were fully laminated to better protect them. But if u guys produce more on this level, you will have my wallet screaming uncle.

This product is defect, ive gotten two packages and they contains the same fault in both. Multiple copies of the same cards, when the deck is supposed to be 72 unique cards. It has half of the cards times two so missing half of the cards and the duplicates of the remaining cards.

This is a beautifully presented tarot set and a great collectable for World of Warcraft fans. The cards feature familiar characters, creatures and locations from Azeroth, with detailed artwork that makes each one enjoyable to look through even if you are not a regular tarot user. The included guidebook explains the cards and provides enough information to help beginners get started. Everything comes together in a sturdy presentation box, making it easy to store and suitable as a gift. A well-designed crossover that works both as a usable tarot deck and as a display piece for a World of Warcraft collection.
