I ordered this item, so I know. At an average of 1,800 calories per day of intake, the two-bucket set will last 30 days for one person. It will last longer for one person if the caloric intake is less per day.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The idea is great! I understand it’s nutritional value and having something to keep put away for those just in case moments.
