I love having these shakes on hand. My toddlers can be picky eaters at times. Some days they don’t want to each much of anything and in those moments these shakes come in clutch. We usually have chocolate or vanilla on hand and they taste great. It allows the kids to get in some protein which helps on the days that they aren’t interested in eating much. These are a staple in our home!

It has many vitamins and protein in this thick and creamy shake. If you care about your kid then avoid seed oils. If you have to get them seed oils make sure they are healthy Omegas and not chemically solvent extracted oils. Pressing seeds with some heat for oil is somewhat fine. Using caustic chemicals to extract every last bit of oil, then filter the solvent out (mostly), and put it in food is what they're doing in most OTHER ped shakes (and foods). Choose wisely. Your kids long term health depends on YOUR choices NOW. Crisco = Crystallized cottonseed oil hence the name. Be wary what goes in your body. These are a better choice for kids who are picky eaters and need nutritional supplements.

I’ve searched for a shake for the little ones without all the extra sugar / ingredients and these so far have been the best! Taste exactly like vanilla and the chocolate is even better. Although I will only give one if breakfast was missed.
