This is a very nice electric tea kettle. It has a removeable tea infuser basket. I wanted removable because I read it is hard to clean the kettle if the basket is not removeable. Plus we rarely use the basket. We love the multiple preprogrammed settings. It is very easy to use.

Has all the features i want I researched and ordered this one and another to have hands on comparison Decided on this one As it seems sturdier and well made even though other one was a good contender. It does not have CUSTOM temp settings or LED but that was not as important as i figure ‘how precise’ do i need to be - this one has several temps to choose based on tea i am brewing. I have to set a separate timer for the brewing time unless i missed this feature in learning it so either way i am good on that EASY TO CLEAN sooooo happy Has a screen at the spout located on the lid to reduce any tea leaves escaping as you pour The lid removes in two pieces so makes kettle VERY SIMPLE TO CLEAN and wipe dry… then the tea strainer drops in easy no snapping in or hooking on to something so integrity will hold up and is easy to wash Pricing would have been nice to have a better price point but it did offer a coupon for $10 off at time of purchase so i got lucky OH AND THERE IS A LITTLE RECIPE BOOK for making teas with fresh fruits - oh how fun - looking forward to that Kettle is not dishwasher safe so hand wash is required but is easy as mentioned above - I don’t think any of them are dishwasher safe. At this moment I have had this about a week and have used it a half a dozen times so far and so far I love it and would make same purchase if I was doing it again. Glass is German and kettle made in China - eh - i think they all are

The tea is delicious, it tastes clean, the functions work well and it's nice to look at. The beep is a good volume. I've used it for months at this point and I love it so much! Things that would make it better: 1. Why doesn't it keep warm at a lower heat setting? The upper ones keep warm nicely. 2. The dream version is dishwasher compatible. Some kind of detachable bottom, so the rest could go in? I don't know if anyone is doing that, but if you want me to make the tea in the kettle, it'd be great to wash it with everything else. 3. The cord is very short. I know there are safety reasons but I'm pretty sure it's the shortest cord of any of my appliances. I had to use an extension for it. USE A GOOD QUALITY ONE, because this kind of appliance uses a lot of amps! EDIT TO ADD: I had to get assistance from BUYDEEM and they were SO NICE and really helpful. I would add another star but I would need a bigger monitor.

Tea maker works well lost a start cause when making tea/coffee you only fill it to the first line which is enough for two large cups. I was hoping it would make more at One time. Early to clean, stainless steel/ glass insides drink from no plastic. Brews well not super strong tea because it uses the steam to brew it but it turns out well.

worth every penny. Must have for tea drinkers.

I have used this multiple times every day since I purchased it. I love the different temperature options and the labels for different tea types makes it easy to know which setting to use. It comes with me while I travel. So far, it hasn’t leaked.

Bought this after watching an herbologist demonstrate it on a video. I thought this was such a clever idea...until I started using it. No matter how low the temperature setting, how little water, or tea/herbs I used, the kettle boiled over. I ended up cleaning the countertop after each use. Too much work, too much clean-up. This this doesn't work as advertised. The manufacturer seemed to not want to take the return, emailing over the period of 10 days without resolution. Thank you, Amazon, for processing the return for me, where the manufacturer would not.

I don't typically write reviews, but I wanted to share that this is a FABULOUS tea maker!!! I know it's a little pricier than others, but let me remind you that you get what you pay for folks. This is sleek, sturdy, exemplary craftsmanship, SO easy to use and it's stainless steel so it will always be in style! The water/tea temps heat up quickly AND the bottom of the pot is only warm to the touch - even if it's removed immediately after the water boils at the highest temp (212 degrees). It's not bulky or heavy and the handle is comfortable to hold. And no, I wasn't given anything free or paid to write this review. I am just so thrilled to have this tea pot in my office that I wanted to tell the Amazon :0) Update - 3 months later - I had a malfunction issue with the base of the tea pot and contacted BUYDEEM directly. They responded immediately and helped resolve the issue right away. A replacement part was needed and they shipped it to me the next day. Their customer service was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. Great product AND great customer service - what's there not to love!!!

I highly recommend this tea maker, i did not read the manual carefully in the beginning... so i thought, the machine did not brew except black tea, and i requested return, the return placed successfully, but because i really love the machine and its German strong and neat manufacturing, i decide to go again through the manual and read it carefully, step by step, i found i was wrong... and the machine work and brew perfectly in all choices, green tea, herbal tea, coffee and black tea, then i canceled my return request immediately, and i decide to keep this very very lovely tea maker. Please please read the manual carefully and follow-up all steps before you decide to return.

This is a wonderful tea maker. It keeps tea hot for hours and makes great black or green tea. Fast, efficient and elegant

My husband uses this for tea daily. Easy to use and looks great. At the two month period we ran into an issue with the machine shutting off before completing a full cycle. We reached out to customer service at Buydeem. Trouble shooting was offered but unsuccessful sadly. A replacement model was sent out at no cost to us. We are back to full cycle of hot tea. Hoping this one lasts much longer.

Very happy with this. I'd advise against making the tea in the kettle though unless you know 100% that your tea hasn't been dyed.
