Diivoo 09M Water Timer 2 Outlets with Brass Inlet & Outlet, Automatic prinkler Timer with Rain Delay/Manual Watering, Garden Smart Irrigation Time for Yard

I purchased 2 of these 1 for the front and 1 for the rear and I am now in my second area of using these products. I have found them to be extremely good. They are quite easy to set up but I have had to contact the makers a couple of times in the time I have had them to make enquiries about the program due to my own lack of knowledge not the manufacturers fault. The times I have contacted them they have been extremely fast with their response and very helpful answering my questions.

Love this product, installed and fitted in an hour. Been working for about three weeks without fail. So simple to use and only slight negative is it's minutes or hours on the timer. Quality build and material used to make.

I purched this product 12 months ago and used it for a full season, irritating my garden as intended. No problems. It does what it claims to do. The Homegar phone app communicates well with the device and does what it claims. Being impressed with this product and realising I needed a further controll to switch my optional automatic water pump on and off, this year. The pump uses water pressure to switch on and off. I purchased a single zone water control, utilising it as a master. After fitting the new device, I attempted to pair it to the Homegar phone app with the 3 point device bought last year, only to find that it incompatible with Homegar app. Another application which I already had on my phone Smart Life recommended form the Diivoo set up manual. Smart Life application is incomparable with the three point Diivoo device. Now I have to jump between two applications when managing the sprinkler system. Why? The system was great. They broke it albeit in part. However I do like the system and would replace if needed with Diivoo.

Well made and simple to setup. These wifi controlled water valves are great. Very easy to setup with the free homgar app. This app let's you configure start/ stop sequences very easily. You can set a rain delay of one or more days. The app monitors the weather app on your phone and will automatically pause the programmed watering schedule if rain is forecast. Comes with a plug in gateway which connects easily to your WiFi and helps boost range. One gateway can control more than one of these devices. If you opt for a 2 output model you have to link it to the tuya or smart home app NOT the homgar one, bit strange but works just the same. Easily integrates with the Alexa framework, just install the homgar skill and the device automatically links through homgar into alexa. The 2 output model links easily you just need the smart home skill installed via your alexa app. Comes with ptfe tape so you can install inputs & outputs with no weeping. Loved the first one so much I went on and bought two more 4 way and a pair of 2 way valve blocks.

Bought in May 2025 and worked well, brought inside for the winter as recomended to avoid the frost. Taken it out of the cupboard today to set it all up again and the buttons are stuck in so I can't connect it to WiFi. I know it wasn't too expensive but I expected it to last more than one summer.

Setting up was fairly easy. Shame zones 1,2 &3 can’t be renamed. That would be helpful .. I am experiencing a very unusual sound when watering kicks in. I’m watering very early in the morning and concerned this may be heard by the neighbour. I have sent a video off to DIivoo customer service for comments … wondering if anyone else has experienced this. That aside it works so far but it has only been one day. UPDATE:: heard from Diivoo customer service, they provided a long list of troubleshooting & Sod’s Law it was the last suggestion which was to remove the filter. It worked a treat. My only concern would be how this could affect the use of the timer going forward. Currently waiting for Diivoo to confirm. Currently I’m happy with the product as it is, without the filter.

The unit itself is well built, outlets are sturdy, the brass inlet feels durable, and manual on/off control through the app works reliably. If you just want to turn zones on and off remotely, it does the job fine. Where it falls apart is automated scheduling in HomeGar app (unit doesn't work with tuya or any other app) There's no option to water every 2, 3, or X days only Everyday, Odd Dates, Even Dates, or Custom (fixed weekdays). For anyone running multiple zones with different watering needs (which is the entire point of a multi-zone timer), this is a serious gap. Odd/Even Dates sounds like a workaround for "every 2 days," but it's calendar-based, not a rolling interval. Any month with 31 days breaks the pattern, the 31st and the 1st of the next month are both odd dates, so you get two waterings back to back with no gap, completely defeating the purpose. This happens every single month that isn't 30 days long. Custom weekday selection doesn't solve it either, picking fixed days like Mon/Wed/Sat gives uneven gaps (2 days, 3 days, 2 days) rather than a consistent interval, so you're approximating rather than actually controlling your watering schedule. For a basic single-zone hose timer this might be fine. For anyone trying to run a proper multi-zone drip irrigation setup with different watering frequencies per zone, the scheduling logic is a dealbreaker. Good hardware let down by software that wasn't designed with real garden use in mind.

Betrieb über WLAN funktioniert perfekt. Ich habe mir nach der Installation des ersten 3-fach Geräts sofort ein weiteres Gerät gekauft und dieses problemlos in die vorhandene App integriert. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Die Beschreibung könnte besser sein, was ich dem Lieferanten bereits mitgeteilt habe. Die notwendige Kommunikation war dagegen wieder hervorragend und sehr hilfreich

Erfreulich, funktioniert perfekt, wenn nun die Haltbarkeit noch gut ist, ist es wirklich besser als der typische Garten-Geräte-Hersteller bei geringeren Kosten.
