I bought these because finding single timers in the timings I needed wasn't available. I use them for timing showers to reduce water usage and when im needing to leave products in my hair. They have worked rather well. I've managed to cut down a shower to 3 mins. The great thing about these are that you can use them for anything from a boiling an egg to timing a phone call. They do feel a bit on the cheap side but that said none have broken on me yet and for the price, you can't really go wrong

I was pleased with the aesthetics of these timers, and in my brain it seemed only logical to time each one to see how accurate they actually are. Do they have to be 100% accurate for what I need them for? No they don't. Did I proceed to time each one individually anyway including writing down the results? Yes I did. The most accurate were the 30second, 1minute and 3 minutes timers - all within the margin of error in 2 seconds out. Arguably the 30 second one should have done better as that's a 6.67% delay but we can let it slide. 2 minutes was third worst, it was 12 seconds over surprisingly. But the 5 and 10 minutes hold top position in erroneous sand. 5 minutes was 17 seconds late and 10 minutes was 18 seconds fast!! So you get robbed of your time when using the longest timer. Anyway I will absolutely still use them to help my daughter learn the concept of time passing but if accuracy is what you are after...I couldn't give a fiver star review for this product. Nice colours and hand feel though, as well as impressive quality for price (is it obvious we are autistic).

I got these for a few different reasons the 30sec timer is perfect for wall pilates timing the rest between sets and the others I use for timed drawing exercises. They are sturdy and I like that they are colour coded. very useful and reasonably priced.

Needed something for our games night as always relaying on phone became issues with battery or needing it for game, these were perfect! They are small and tidy to fit away somewhere when not needing and do exactly as you want to keep those time wasters in check! Also there's just something bit more fun about watching the sand fall down the pressure is on! Highly recommend for any games night!

there's some inaccuracies with timing but we will keep it so as not to have it ending up in landfill -looks like sand has difficulty falling in at least 2 of the pieces_ :/

I use these in my classroom. Great for the kids who struggle to concentrate for long periods of time

My daughter is learning sense of time and she really enjoys using this to time herself to do things. They're colourful, strong enough (my littlest son decided to chew one) and they've passed that test!
