Excellent Callus remover kit/Foot cream works great & smells very good
This callus remover kit is excellent, especially considering all that is included at this price point. From the gel that is used after soaking/drying the feet, to the file that works very well at removing excess skin and my favorite, the foot cream. There is some care required with the gel and the foot cream has a pleasant citrus scent and the best part is that it is made to remove cracks on the skin. It is indeed very effective at moisturizing the skin and feels great. All in all, this kit is easily recommended.

No ingredients listed
The media could not be loaded. I saw the gloves that came with this and thought to myself, "I wonder what's in it that we're not supposed to touch?" So I turned the "Callus Remover" bottle over to see no ingredients listed. It has a place to list them, but it's blank. Underneath it you can see the warnings for the product. There's something in that requires warnings, but they won't tell you what that is. The "foot cream" also had no ingredients. The "foot cream" is a twist top. It took me a while to get it open because I thought it would just pop off.The scraper feels like the rough edges are on the outside that curves the opposite of the shape of your heel. I assumed if it was shaped like a heel, that would be the way to use it, but that side is blunt. Because of that, I'm not sure why it's shaped like a heel at all. It probably would have been easier to use if it was flat.I tried it for 3 minutes and didn't find it to be that great. My skin didn't burn though. I'm just not going to leave it on my skin (not knowing what's in it) for a long period of time or ever again. It's going in the trash.

No transparency
Like others here, I found the combination of warnings and complete lack of an ingredients list extremely concerning, especially as the liquid was not a gel as advertised. I’ve found another use for the file, which makes a remarkably good soap shredder, but there are some risks I’m just not willing to take.

Very good results
I usually have to go every six weeks for professional medical foot care. I have terrible calluses and have since I was a child. I have used everything in an effort to keep my feet from hurting from the calluses. I soaked in the bathtub and after my skin felt wrinkly (per the package instructions), I pulled out my left foot, dried it off, and then liberally applied it. I let it soak for about five minutes and then used the included file to file my feet. I then rinsed it and repeated the process with the other foot. I am frankly shocked at how well this worked because as soon as that liquidy product that had been described as a gel hit my hand, my expectations plummeted. I did not expect this to have any impact on my calluses at all but it did a great job. The bottle is huge and you can get probably 10-15 uses out of it. The cream is tiny and won't last nearly as long although it is a thick good product. I put socks back on with it and wore it overnight and I cannot believe how soft my feet are after just one use.

Not Impressed - NOT GEL
This is advertised as a "GEL" callus remover, but it's a lotion. It didn't work for my feet, which are well taken care of other than needing a little care from winter dryness. My feet actually feel more dry and rough than before using it. The REAL gel works wonders on my feet, but this did just the opposite. I can't recommend this product.

Made Me So Soft
I couldn't wait for this to arrive. As soon as it did, I soaked and applied the exfoliator. It was watery and I expected creamy so I thought I would be disappointed. I was not ! I think it is a bit watery so it can better penetrate your callouses.Within minutes I could tell they were softening. I left it on for about thirty minutes. Soaked my feet, applied it again and waited about ten more minutes and then used the exfoliator. Make sure you have an old rug or towel handy because you will have a ton of dead skin.I applied the foot cream and slept in socks. My feet were very much noticeably softer. The bottle is large and a little goes a long way. I can't wait to have my pedicure again. By the time I finish this bottle, they will be like a babys' feet.
