The instructions are very clear as long as you follow them thoroughly, you have to measure precisely in order for everything to work correctly, but the results are amazing

Poor quality and customer service
Items soft close stopped working on one side after just a couple of weeks, no willingness to help try and resolve - only return but can’t as cuts are made on the item to fit bottom bar and already fully fitted, a premium price for a poor product -

No good for carpet floors.
No good if your door is on deep pile carpet, needs to be solid flat floor.

Great product, requires skill & the right tools
Worked out great!! I needed something without a track due to the placement of my door. I built a wood frame using 2x4's braced with furring strips and stretched canvas fabric over it, so it's very lightweight. It's essentially a piece of art that acts as a hidden door.It definitely requires someone with woodworking skills and the right tools. It would be more difficult to make the required cuts on a full size door. Fortunately, I only had to cut the grooves in 48" long 2x4's which were then assembled to make the frame for the canvas.
