I got this for a present for my brainiac brother. He loves it! It comes with a case, and it’s small enough so you can take it around and play it anywhere. The pieces and the plastic case are pretty good quality. It’s easy to use for older children and up if you want a puzzle-type of game. You can play it with batteries so it’s timed, or if you don’t have batteries, you can challenge yourself without the timer. The price point is also very reasonable for this product. It makes a wonderful present, for sure!

I can’t say enough good things about Kanoodle. My son loves them all and has bought several of different ones with his own money. This one in particular (ultimate champion) has a booklet with all the different ways to solve it inside. It fits inside the carrying case. His ended up getting warped and was getting stuck and hard to get out. I had him write a letter to kanoodle’s company, ‘Educational Insights’ about his experience and they quickly sent him a new booklet along with a kind letter, kanoodle stickers and the kanoodle fan edition set. My 11 year old is over the moon excited. They made his whole day. Educational Insights officially has a fan for life out of our family.

I bought this for my 13-year-old son because he loves brain teasers, puzzles, and anything that really makes him think, and he has absolutely loved it. It’s challenging enough to keep him interested without becoming overly frustrating. The pieces are sturdy, colorful, and easy to keep organized, which is nice since it gets used a lot. I also like that it keeps him engaged without needing a screen in front of him all the time. The 3D challenges add an extra layer of difficulty that makes it even more fun. Overall, this has been a great purchase for a kid who enjoys problem-solving and logic games, and I could definitely see us buying more games like this in the future.

These puzzles are really challenging. Hours of brain work to improve function. You can pick the puzzle you want, to really make you think, from the accompanying book.

It’s takes time to get it, but once you do it’s over. In other words, once you solve it, you never play with it again, good for the coffee table visits.

I'm highly recommending this game, not necessarily this version as it comes in a bulkier case to house a timer that hasn't been used, but for the fact that my kid has no issue sitting quietly to work on it. The true test came when she had no problem being given this instead of a desired youtube session (no crying or negotiations). She's five and she's done the first 20 puzzles so far and is interested in finishing the rest. So I'm recommending this game (however I think I'd prefer the version without the timer for easier packability). All the shapes are different and have different colors which I think helps her navigate each puzzle. She's further understanding rotations and flipping shapes which I think was a concept she struggled with previously. I think the game recommends for 7 and up ages but at least the first few pages, the puzzles aren't crazy difficult. If your kid understands the concept of puzzles, colors, and shapes; this game might be for them.

I bought this for a travel game. It is easy to take with you, storage was good, educational and good value for the coat.
