Excellent product. Having read about the benefits of enough electrolytes in my diet I looked for the best available. This is really good when on a fast.Found it hard initially to stave off hunger but after realising that the body craves electrolytes for its daily function and having provided them, fasting is easy.Tastes slightly salty, that's because it has various salts in it, to make it an electrolyte, enough said. I make up a litre of filtered water with a squeeze of lemon a few drops of product and just drink now again at work when I have the chance, works well and feel much better for it. If you want to lose excess weight, read about fasting, look it up on youtube, don't try silly diets that don't work please read about fasting, it has changed my life, and this stuff helps to achieve the results.

It helps with hydration but it tastes truly awful (absolutely not tasteless as advertised, even just a couple of drops in a glass of water is noticeable.)
