Real Fruit, Gluten Free
As a diabetic, I frequently need a snack between meals or even something for late night movies and Nature’s Bakery Oatmeal Crumble Bars are exactly what I like to have available. Real fruit, gluten free, good for breakfast, or after lunch or even late at night and they don't affect my glucose to any discernible degree.Oatmeal in combination with real fruit, either strawberries, blueberries, mixed fruit or even figs are filling and have a great taste and are exactly what I need.

Excellent quality. Nice amount of filling. The size of the whole bar is a bit smaller than expected. But as with all other specialty foods, you deal with what you can get. They digested fine. And tasted fine. I will buy more in the future. I wish there were more option in the 2 box packs. I don't want more than 2 boxes at a time.
