Fantastic Value for a Giant Bottle. Works fast.
This cough syrup works fast and does the job of quieting your cough. It does not have a lot of the extra ingredients in other brands. Note that the value here is EXTREME. It uses the older style dosing (spoonfulls) so you get a huge amouont of product in a giant bottle. This is like 5x larger than the little bottles you get in the store - those have the new dosing which is 2x the product it used to be. It does have a weird medicine/menthol taste but you're taking it to make you feel better, not for the taste.

Great Brand - Great Price - Nothing Unncessary
I am very pleased with Geri-Care products. I have purchased this many times in the past, through an insurance vendor. Better price on Amazon. This is JUST Dextromethorphan (cough suppressant) and Guaifenesin (expectorant). No other unnecessary drugs!!!! It's concentrated, lasting more than the entire cold/flu season with one bottle.

When you need it to work.
This Tussin DM works better and last longer than Robitussin. It has been my go to Tussin for over three years. The cost is almost half of Robitussin in the stores.

Awful taste!
I will never buy this item again. I’m sorry but this is the worst tasting medicine or cough syrup I have ever tasted. The botttle I did open. I took one dose three the bottle in the trash. Yes this is my opinion only.
