The product, when screwed to a plumb wall, the shelf is tilted downward. This happened because the angle aluminum that is screwed to the shelf the edge of the shelf overlaps the aluminum. The shelf contacts the wall before the aluminum is flat against the wall. Both shelves were the same so they are both sloped toward the floor.

This is a very well made shelf. I love the marble and gold together. It was packed well and quick shipping.

It is a very nice looking shelf but the support has four holes for screws and the marble shelf itself only has two holes. It is sturdy enough with just two support screws. After mounting on the wall, it tilted forward but you can level it by putting something between the wall and the back of the support. I used cardboard.

The listing photos of this shelf look great but it's more attractive in person. The shelf is solidly built. I use quite large cotton bath sheets which are heavy and have zero qualms about the strength of the hooks to manage a couple of bath sheets, a hair towel, and a couple/few pounds of decorative items on the gorgeous marble shelf. This unit arrives safely ensconced and fully assembled in a box that's ready to wrap; it's an impressive presentation should you decide to make this a home warming or wedding gift. Included are the screws and anchors to mount the shelf, along with metal finished caps to cover the screw heads and elevate your look. The contrast of having a small green plant spilling over the side of the polished black marble and matte gold finished metal is stunning. Recently, I moved the plant and replaced it with a rechargeable waterless aroma diffuser with a soft color-changing light that I found here on Amazon. This arrangement received compliments during a little get together. Lots of options! I am well pleased with this entire experience.

“Marble Floating Shelves for Wall, Sturdy Modern Bathroom Shelf Organizer, Black and Gold Polished Shower Shelf, Rustic Shelf for Bathroom, Shower Room, Living Room, Kitchen, Bedroom” My first thought after taking this beautiful marble shelf out of the box was that in order to keep such a heavy shelf attached to the wall, it would take more than the two small screws included with the shelf. The shelf alone weighs 4 pounds (I weighed it on a precision scale). I’d just completed installing a much smaller shelf (less than 1/3 the size and 1/4 the weight of this shelf), and that was attached to the wall using three screws. Plus, the screw holes for this shelf are set 12.5 inches apart, so even if you’re able to screw one of the small screws into a wooden stud within your wall, the other screw will have to be attached into drywall using plastic hollow wall anchors. (Typical wall studs are 16 inches apart.) Anyway, I had to improvise, and I used different fasteners than the small screws and plastic anchors that came with the shelf. For one side of the shelf, I used a larger and longer lag screw that I fastened directly into a wooden wall stud. For the other side, I used a much larger screw along with a special hollow wall anchor that’s made for installing television wall mounts. Then, I drilled a 3rd hole into the shelf mount, and I added another of these same hollow wall anchors with a much larger screw. It’s definitely a solid installation now, and I don’t have to worry about this heavy shelf crashing to the floor. Other than that, I really like the shelf. It’s well crafted and very nice looking. It just has a terrible design for mounting it to your wall.

This shelf is very well made and heavier than I expected. But it is finished very well and looks very stylish. It was also very easy to install.
