Mindfulness Breathing Necklace Stress Relief Pendant

This is a really cute breathing necklace! I got the rainbow-looking one, and the colors are vibrant in person as expected. What I love most is it’s completely hollow inside - no cotton filter or anything else which was important to me and will make it easier to clean. It has a nice weight to it but still feels light. It’s about two inches long, maybe a bit less. It came with two chains which I love for style preference, personalization, and clasp function, and both are adjustable. It’s easy to use - simply exhale through it! It gives a controlled mindful way of exhaling and was satisfying to experience. The only thing is it’s not exactly silent (or at least mine isn’t) and it does make some noise when exhaling through, but not terribly loud. Depending on exhale force, it either makes like an airy sound or a slight whistle sound, though I found controlling the airflow and playing around with it helps to figure out how to make it more quiet. In my video, I do three different exhale strengths so hopefully you can hear the difference in sounds (first is middle strength normal exhale force, second is quieter and more airy to avoid whistle, and third is more forceful exhale). Overall I think it’s great value for money, especially given that it’s hollow. I’m trying to use it to cut back/quit vaping, we will see if it helps with that! 🤞

I’m trying to kick a cannabis habit and, after tapering didn’t work as well as I hoped (because if there is weed in my house I will smoke it), decided to go cold turkey. I was surprised to find that my biggest hurtle was not physical withdrawal symptoms (which come and go in waves) but how mentally preoccupied, bored, and restless I was once smoking wasn’t an option. The evenings are hardest, because the only thing I want to do is go outside, sit down, put my music on, and smoke a joint. I had extremely low expectations for this little device, because it is literally a metal tube. If you are expecting anything other than a small, hollow tube, you will be annoyed. It’s about the size of a dogwalker (those little 0.35 g joints) and it fits on a keychain. The product instructions are to inhale through your nose and exhale through the tube, which works well for box breathing. I use it differently, inhaling through it the way I would pull on a joint or a vape. There’s more resistance on exhale, but inhaling through it feels like taking a smooth hit. I am genuinely surprised by how well this works to ease my cravings. The metal is smooth, it’s easy to fidget with, and I can hold it between my fingers just like a joint. Turns out, my brain was using the ACT of smoking as a signal to relax, and replicating it with this little thing gives me a SIGNIFICANT placebo effect. Like, I am literally just sucking air through a metal tube, holding it in my lungs for a few seconds, and exhaling like I’m blowing smoke. BUT - my body relaxes. Suddenly, I have given myself permission to rest. I feel tense, I feel overstimulated, I feel cravings, I take a “hit” off of this stupid little tube, and I feel better! I expected this to be a waste of money, but I honestly love it. It’s getting me through withdrawal symptoms and is really making me ask myself if I even wanted the weed to begin with or if what I was really looking for was permission to be “off the clock.” If you’re struggling to kick a smoking/vaping habit and wondering if this is worth it, I’d definitely give it a shot.

I bought this to help with my anxiety. I got my husband the black version, too. I've used mine so much. It's so relaxing, comforting... just all around a great tool. It's small, about the size of a dog whistle. But it's just a metal tube. No extra holes to turn it into a whistle. I got this one because of the curved mouthpiece. I like using it for a few deep breaths before sleep, when I'm feeling particularly anxious, or even just when I feel like I need some satisfying deep breaths. I could see how this might be good for people trying to quit smoking. It would definitely replace the motion of it, but instead you'd just be breathing air. It's also super convenient that you can wear it on a chain around your neck. Mine came with two different chains--a standard silver one and one in the same color of the device. I love this thing. If I ever lose it, I'll definitely order it again. Great quality item.

I think it was good it helps with anxiety now I don’t have it but not because of the necklace. Anyway, it’s not terrible. It does break after a couple months or weeks of use. but it’s just a necklace that kind of makes you but you slow not that great.

It’s a great size and it’s very easy to use. It did help with breathing a bit too.

Wow!!! This really helped me quit vaping. It comes with two options for the necklace chain and is very adjustable. It doesn’t have any flavors or anything, it’s just like breathing through a small straw but more subtle and accessible.

These things are amazing if you were around your neck all day like I do you can have peace and calm anywhere it’s so nice
