Other Amazon customers have already complained about these sprayers, and being known in my neighborhood as Mr. Fix Anything I thought I could fix it or modify it. NOPE! I ordered a two pack in early December, first bottle sprayed 3 times and then started streaming fine spritzes. I followed the routine instructions provided by manufacturer to 'clear' the sprayer. Of course nothing improved the situation. I have very small picks and couldn't clear the nozzle. So of course I opened the next bottle thinking it was a one off problem. NOPE!! Second bottle wouldn't spray EVEN ONE TIME! Out of box failure. I did an Amazon exchange of these two bottles and of course the new bottles worked perfectly. NOPE!!! First bottle worked properly for first 1/3 of the contents. Worked one day, stopped the next. Spritzing fine streams again. Second bottle was an out of box failure again. If you're counting that's four for four, i.e. 100% failure rate. The bottle that sprayed 1/3 took over a month to use up that much, and by then the Amazon return window had closed. I contacted Elta MD, explained my plight, and they responded that they were very very sorry this happened with their product, but wished me good luck. Their 'policy' prohibits returns for items not purchased directly from them. To quote George Costanza, 'Ohhhhhhhhhhh, you have a POLICY'. Well in that case excuse me for trying to get my $92.00 back. As sold by Amazon, perhaps this product falls into the category of the now famous fake Gucci purses, identical in all aspects to the real thing. DON'T DO THE SAME STUPID MOVE I DID, thinking you'll overcome these defects. In the future, only buy directly from the manufacturer, who BTW has received similar complaints about failing sprayers. At least that way you'll always have a return possibility, which seems to be 100%.

Great product. But only one can worked-figured this out after the return window closed.

This is the best sunscreen. The whole family uses this and even those with fair skin don’t get burnt!

Great if you can get it out of the can. I was able to get one (small) application in from each can before the mist spray mechanism jammed. I went through the trouble shooting steps on the EltaMD website but was never able to get any more sunscreen out of the container.

I have been using the product Elta MD for 10+ years. This is the first time I have ordered the spray on product. Not only did one of us deal with bad skin reaction, but both my husband and I were miserable for days after wearing this product. We had a terrible itchy skin rash and burning that kept us up for two days. Now our skin is stained red looking from the bad rash. I hope this goes away at some point. But I am so disappointed in this product from Elta MD. I made appointment with my dermatologist to discuss only ordering from the office.
