As others have mentioned - beautiful pencils only let down by weird packaging errors. The box the pencils are delivered in was clearly designed for another type of pencil. Also - the lead size and related pencil body colour as described on the rear of the packaging are different from what you receive in the box. On the packaging - Beige is 0.3, Blue is 0.5, Green is 0.7 and Red is 0.9. IRL - the colours are as follows: Beige = 0.9, Blue is 0.7, Green = 0.5 and Red = 0.3. Doesn't affect the quality of the product but why the disparity between company description and the pencils as received? Odd.

As others have mentioned, it seems like the case may have been re-purposed. It is what it is, the box looks nice on the outside regardless, and the pencils are what you would expect. Good value for 4 of them, nice colors, and gives you a good assortment of lead sizes - I'm happy with it :) They're nice pencils, no bells and whistles but the metal grip is nice, plastic body. I'm using the 0.5mm and 0.7mm ones for colored lead that matches the color of the pencils.

I've tried a few other mechanical pencils from a few different manufactures and so far these are my favorite outside of my 30 year old Pentel. The metal grip takes a little getting used to since I'm used to wood or plastic but one you adjust, it works out very nicely. The pencil does not slide around in your hand if you're sweating. The four-pack came at a good price with different colors for each lead size. The lead quality is good. It's much better than other brands. It writes smoothly, it isn't too light and you really need to apply a lot of pressure to break a lead. I cannot say the same with the other brands I've tried recently where I'm constantly snapping leads while writing. My only complaint, and I'm not taking away a star, is the eraser. It's very inconvenient to use since there's always a cap in place. I keep a block eraser on my desk which solves this problem. This is a MUST HAVE!
