The absolute best bone broth
I love the kettle & Fire bone broth. Iโve had a subscription for over a year now and Iโve never been disappointed. Iโm constantly looking to increase my protein intake, but I donโt always have time to cook something healthy. Iโve tried every bone broth power on the market and I can barely choke them down, but I love these! I drink two of these for lunch daily (I drink them straight, I donโt heat them up or add anything) and thatโs 38g of protein. Iโve used them for soups and stir fry, but my go to is the convenience of just drinking them for lunch. I feel full, I donโt get cravings and they are seasoned enough that I really donโt need to add anything in order to drink it. Itโs also great if you have a football player or wrestler that is trying to โmake weightโ. The can cut calories without sacrificing nutrients and feeling hungry.

Great flavor, bad packaging
Love the flavor, however, when I opened my box, there were 4 empty candy wrappers in the box, which is rather unsanitary. Will be canceling my subscription and ordering through a different company.
