Great for anxiety
I use it for anxiety. A dropper full on 1/2 cup of water. Relaxes you without making you drowsy.

Very calming, however...
This is very calming. It didn't make me incredibly sleepy but it definitely took away my anxiety and jitters. However, be careful and only try a little at a time. I believe I had an allergic reaction to it. When I attempted to sleep I realized my throat was swelling and closing up. Each time I dozed off I immediately was a awaken choking. So, I'm not using it anymore. Sad, because it sure calmed me down.
