Quality is decent, unlike other honey varieties this ajwain variant honey really provides dense appearance that is usual feature of ajwain honey.

Pure honey its taste really good and natural

It seems to be like artificial product. Mustard blossom honey looks white in picture but in real it is not white and I think seller used some trick to make it white and create foam. So disappointing.

Not a white honey. Top layer is white foam type liquid with bubbles. I put 3 days in sun light. I never found this types of bubbles in real honey.

Smaller jar than anticipated but if using for cooking or eating a little will go a looong way. I use this for shampoo so I was a little disappointed to have spent 30$ on a regular sized jar but I couldn't be upset because the quality is there. The product itself is great I just wish it was more affordable. The company leaves a note letting you know the taste and consistency/color may change with the seasons or each batch because they sustainably harvest it so they must move around so I appreciate the extra information and care. The company seems very proud of their product and seemingly tries to keep their customers and their bees happy so I'm happy about that I just wish I had more hahaha it's a bit pricy to repurchase as regularly as my local raw honey.

Great great great honey. I didn't expect its taste. It really tastes somehow strange but so sweet , delicious honey. I'm looking forward to buy it again soon.
