And instead of giving my fin vitamin D drops that hurt her stomach, I decided to up my vitamin D with these supplements. They are a great option that support bone and immune health. They are small and easy to swallow and do not have any nasty aftertaste.

Dose that is prescribed.
I had a reaction starting with this high of a dose. My Dr. ordered 5000iu but after researching, it said that high of a dose could become toxic. So I ordered the 4000 IU. After one pill my body was getting cramps in places I’ve never had before. I continue to take it for a week and every day I got worse. I thought I just needed to adjust to the medication so I stayed on it longer than I should have. It was a weekend so I talked to the pharmacist and she said no you’re having a reaction you need to get off of it. I stopped taking it on a Friday and I felt better the next day and I have not had any fibromyalgia flareups or cramps since. My doctor lowered my level and I just ordered something new. I highly recommend starting slow and going up. I researched Sports Research I was impressed with the coconut oil being the only product besides vitamin D 3. Unfortunately, I have a year supply and cannot return it to Amazon after being opened. I recommend going to a drugstore?health food or sprouts and buying there because they do take vitamins that have been open are returnable with receipt. This is the only reason I gave it only one star, because it did not work for me. Hoping you find your right dose and feel better soon.
