Can anyone find out the size of the BOLT that goes through the wheel? thanks

The base is about 3.5”x5.5”

I'm building a large 8'x7'x4'(lxhxd) plywood garage "cabinet". planning to use 6. are they really as strong as they claim?

Yes they are indeed very strong! I didn’t use for garage cabinets but I did build my racing sim rag and they hold me setup and me with out any issue.

What is the eccn, country of origin and schedule b for these casters?

Yes, i used wooden screws with hexagon heads. Quick and sturdy assembly.

can I use wood screws rather than the bolts/nuts provided?

My husband says "absolutely", and he has installed 4 sets. He says wood screws would work just fine.
