Short review: for those that don't want to read a long review, this product really does work. I have only given it for one day, and I already see a difference in aggression and tantrums! Long review: I have a three year-old son that had a brain injury at birth causing him to be nonverbal and delayed. His condition comes with a lot of behavioral problems as well. In the last month or so, my sweet boy has had multiple aggressive tantrums every day. We took him to the pediatrician because we were getting BEAT everyday, and the dr suggested to try magnesium. Because this is only a supplement, I felt it was pretty safe and low risk for side effects. I read some reviews about the taste so I tried it before my son, who has severe sensory food aversions. The flavor is grape and it sort of taste like a typical grape medicine so I wouldn't say it taste good. My son really dislikes the taste and can detect it in almost any food or drink aside from an 8 ounce bottle of warmed milk. I only use this product last night and gave half the dose (half a dropper) and I noticed he fell asleep quicker and slept longer. It definitely didn't knock him out right away, but what normally takes us three hours to get him to sleep only took one and he slept an hour later than he usually does every day. I gave another half dose in the morning, and have not been hit, bit, scratched, or yelled at. He did not have any tantrums today and has been is a really good mood today! I did not have a lot of confidence in a "snake oil" like substance, but at least for the first day, it has definitely helped!! I would recommend trying it for anyone struggling with behaviors or aggression at home. I feel like it has made a night and day difference in the very first dose! It did wear off about half way through the day, and he started getting aggressive again, but I gave the second half of the dose and it seemed to make him happy again Update: it is still "working" but not NEAR as effective as the first few days. Idk if his body got used to it or what, but he is back to biting and hitting. Maybe not as much, but still a problem.

It is a good thing to start before school starts so it helps restless nights. But flavor is not the best so give it about an hour before bed time and in some juice like a shot glass of juice.

Amazing my son has went to sleep every night at a decent hour I mix it in lemonade for him he also loves the taste my son is very energetic naturally and has been difficult to wind him down at bedtime. Highly recommend signed a tired mom.

I have a 15 month old that has never slept through the night. Since she was a few months old I noticed she had a very restless sleep every night, a kind of restless that had her kicking and tossing way more than a baby/toddler should. Even with sleep training she woke up often very restless. Once she reached 1 years old I felt more comfortable trying supplements and this really didn’t trick. I learned she was deficient in zinc and magnesium (which are 2 of the 3 vitamins we need to convert to natural melatonin in our bodies). I tried the raw zinc first and it helped a little when I added this it made all the difference and she slept through the night for the first time around 13 months old. 2 full droppers is what works best for her. If you notice a restless sleeper I highly recommend!

We started using Calmify for our 3-year-old after struggling with big behaviors at both nap and bedtime. Previously, we tried a gummy with magnesium oxide, but it didn’t seem to make much difference. Since this one has magnesium glycinate, we decided to give it a try. While it wasn’t an overnight fix, we did notice a calming effect. Over time, our daughter’s sleep-related behaviors improved, though it’s hard to say how much was due to the Calmify versus natural development. Still, it definitely helped take the edge off during the most difficult phase. My only complaints are that the dropper doesn’t have measurements, making dosing a bit tricky, and the taste isn’t great. The only way we could get her to take it was by mixing it into applesauce, which wasn’t ideal before bedtime due to the added sugar. Overall, a good product that helped, just not a miracle cure!

Do NOT recommend this item at all!! Our son is level 3 autistic, nonverbal and after 2 days of administering these drops, he had the worst night terrors and woke up screaming everytime. As soon as we stopped the drops, he went back to his normal self. Bedtime was definitely worse instead of better for us!
