Easy to use. Taste is good for me(Not great but definitely easy to drink). Within days saw a huge improvement in energy levels. The mid-afternoon need for a nap went away and much more productive at work and gym! A lot of bang for my buck for this supplement. Majority of the Shilajit sold as powder is NOT shilajit. Most of whats being sold is charcoal. This was the only company that I have seem recently that properly labeled the shilajit. Shilajit cannot be 100% pure in powder form. So i tried it and sure enough, its real shilajit. If your shilajit powder smells like charcoal or ash, it isn't shilajit. It should smell and taste like the resin. Be very aware. When we consume charcoal, it does the OPPOSITE of what we want shilajit to too.

Mixed with water it has almost no taste. Be careful how much you take unless a bathroom is close by!
