I have been taking these magnesium tablets for approximately 2 weeks, usually as part of my evening routine. During a particularly stressful period, I have found it easier to settle at bedtime and the quality of my sleep has felt better than usual. The tablets are straightforward to swallow and have not caused me any stomach discomfort. I generally take one tablet, although on more demanding days I have taken the full two tablet serving stated on the label. Naturally, individual experiences with supplements can vary, but the difference has felt noticeable for me. I also appreciate that the formula is vegan and combines magnesium citrate with trace minerals. The bottle contains 60 tablets, making the daily routine simple to manage without several different products. I am impressed with these magnesium supplements as they contain trace minerals as well as the easily absorbed magnesium. I have noticed an improvement in the quality of my sleep since I have started taking them. More so than with other magnesium supplements I have tried. The quality is good which means they are more expensive than average, but I don't think it unreasonable.

These magnesium tablets are amazing. I'm a chronic insomniac and have tried magnesium before to help me sleep, with poor results, but these have me sleeping so much better! Like, life-changing better. It can normally take me two hours to fall asleep, but not with these. If I'm awake for half an hour, I'm wondering what's going on, and I sleep all night soundly. I cannot say how much of a difference these have made to my life. They are not cheap, I wish that they were cheaper, as I will definitely be buying these again. They do give a bit of a fizz on my tongue before I swallow them but according to Google, that is common with magnesium, and it only lasts a second or two.

As well as helping with night cramps in muscles, magnesium is very good for bone density and heart health. I also understand magnesium is very important in hot weather as it is also supposed to help with electrolyte balance. Because the tablets are coated they are easy to take. I believe these tablets are fairly priced as you get two different magnesium blends as well as a whole base of ionic trace minerals.

Bought this complex as it has a range of minerals in addition to magnesium. Plus there is a coating applied to help the tablets get absorbed at the right stage. Quite often many vitamins and minerals can be wasted either being taken at the wrong time or state. This coating is designed to bypass the gastric acids in the stomach and absorb via the intestines. As somebody that often gets burps or gas when taking magnesium tablets - this one feature makes a big difference to my willingness to continue taking a supplement. The tablets are packaged really well - in a dark blue glass bottle to prevent sunlight exposure. The tablets are a minimally powdery in the hand and a good size I can swallow 2-3 at the same time. I've noticed some improvement in recovery/muscle soreness at the gym, not much difference in sleep which was already very good (I sleep within a few minutes of hitting the bed) Would thoroughly recommend this.

Supplements are never the most exciting thing to review because they're more marathon than sprint, but these make a good first impression. The tablets are easy enough to take and the combination of magnesium and trace minerals means you're not juggling multiple bottles. The packaging is clear and informative, and everything feels well presented. Most importantly, they didn't cause any digestive issues during use, which can sometimes happen with magnesium products. A straightforward supplement that's easy to incorporate into everyday life.

My son asked me to get these to help him for his fitness regime to help promote muscle health. The fact that these have extra minerals seemed to please him. He has found them easy to swallow and as a plus because he takes them about an hour before bed after his final workout, he finds that they seem to calm him and help him fall asleep and stay asleep. He's been having one a day so there's 2 months worth here. These are vegan friendly too if you are that way inclined.
