This have helped me avoid a recurring knee injury when lifting near my max. They are also flexible enough to allow Crossfit style workouts that require high volume of lifts at lower weights. I've only used these for a short amount of time, so will update the review regarding wear in a few months

Utilisation pour mes séances de crossfit ! Très bonne genouillère j aurai peut être dû les prendre une taille en dessous à voir à la long (pris en L pour tours de cuisse 52 a 10cm au dessus du genou )

I’ve got a torn ACL and started an exercise program in April. Of course, my knee protested strenuously. A fellow E2Mer recommended this brace and the rest is history. Squats of all kinds, lunges, high knees, jumps even Bulgarian split squats are possible - with no discomfort! These give firm compression and support. I’ve been using this 6 days a week since April 2022. Still going strong! I recommend it.

By far the best knee support on the market. This is my 2nd pair, and I'd like to get a 5mm pair soon as well. I highly recommend them!
