This particular product was faulty and I complained on Amazon and originally gave this one star.Evolve actually phoned me and sent a replacement product immediately. As with all low compression oxygen don't expect these aerosols to replace what isn't missing in your normal breathing and they certainly wont alleviate lung conditions that require medical intervention. That said they are a worthwhile standby and use for occasional laboured breathing. You'll probably require 6 to 8 good inhales to feel a temporary shortness of breath alleviated. I like this product due to it's higher content of 35ltrs. Has a long shelf life (3 years) and the reseal, after each use is good

Good price, very fast item delivery. No indication of the best way to safely recycle the canister in the U.K.

Doesn’t dispense properly and difficult for anyone infirm to dispense, also holds next to no oxygen. In fact if you read the other reviews most people have had issues with there canisters but have rated a good review based on customer service or being given a refund. On looking to return these faulty and overpriced items I was told I would have to organize a courier and stump up the cost of postage. Avoid this company and product and look elsewhere

This product is weak at the top plastic bit the tops split and are very hard to press im disappointed to say the least

God sent for some one like me less lung capicity due to a terminal illness. When needed especially in hot weather. I will recommende it
