I really like this dietary supplement. When they debuted I subscribed.the original was only available in chocolate. My gut was happy and did t revolt after taking g these daily. It never healed anything and I didn’t expect it to. It did supplement some micronutrients to but I felt no therapeutic effects just a constant “feeling good” but not a dopamine high. Hard to describe plus everyone is unique in their specific nutrient needs. I tried this subscription but did not like the citrus version. Ot yucky I just like chocolate better. All healthy ingredients and safe amounts. I’m highly allergic to many things but had no hypersensitive reaction to this item. Tastes good, easy to take (I took one a day not the up to 3 a day recommendation if needed) easy to see (visual reminder), chewy texture, breaks down fast in mouth, and sized like a big wad of pink gum we used to chomp on in junior high school lol. Does not hurt my jaw condition, does not hurt my gut condition. Highly recommend for supporting healthy body systems. I like that there are no chems like in regular tablets pills capsules caplets, liquids.

Love them. I’ve tried all 4 varieties and take the daily bites every day. The energy bites work well too. Also like the calm and sleep well bites. Prior to switching to gem bites I took many supplements daily. Magnesium, potassium, D3, K-12, beet root, etc. I realized after taking gem bites for a few days that I was getting everything my body needed and it was healthier! No taxing my liver, no additives, faster delivery into my system, etc. All huge wins for me. I have been telling my family and friends about them and my husband now takes them too. We love gem bites.

They are delicious! I like the ginger flavor and the bite of real food ingredients. They also make me feel energetic.

The taste of unique, but I would say that I got used to it quickly. I have only used it four days, but I do notice a difference in energy. I will update once I have used it for longer.
