ive taken multiple magnesium glycinate supplements, most work, some not so much, these are ones that work very well. nutricost continues the trend of great supplements for great prices, ive basically swapped to this brand for a variety of things (including the grass fed protein powder). easy to adjust the dose, i find 1 per day at night is usually good enough, 2 or 3 if im really trying to sleep. noticeable results even after the first day, i just slept instead of waking up over and over and over again. i also take it since ive had a deficiency before, so i try to take it somewhat regularly, on and off, but the sleep benefits also are great.

Magnesium is just good for overall help, it also helps you sleep if you take it an hour before bedtime. This is the vitamin that you need to take every day for muscle especially when you get older you need to keep what you got.

Quality product. All of Nitricosts products are of excellent quality. These in particular are great for sleep aid. Taking one before bed i feel my body is more relaxed and i tend to sleep deeper. If they costed a bit less theyd be perfect

My OB advised I take Magesium Glycinate during my 3rd trimester to help with the restless/cramping legs I got at night. I got into the habit of taking them a little bit before bedtime, so that they would kick in by the time I was ready to sleep. These were effective and I did notice a significant reduction in the cramps and restlessness when I took them. They also helped take the edge off of my insomnia and made it a bit easier to fall back asleep after getting up numerous times to go to the bathroom. That being said, I gave this 4 stars because the pills are HUGE and you have to take 3 of them to get the proper doseage. I don't know about anyone else, but this was a little difficult for me. During pregnancy I had nausea and a VERY sensitive gag reflex, so taking 3 of these was a little torturous. There were several nights when I couldn't even swallow all 3, so I settled for 1-2. Still, I purchased this bottle, so I committed to taking all of them and eventually finished the bottle. I did not repurchase and found a different brand that only required 1 pill. Effective, but the 3 giant pills didn't work for me.

Been taking magnesium glycinate for a few months now and this Nutricost version has been solid. The glycinate form is noticeably gentler on digestion than cheaper oxide versions I've tried before. I take a couple capsules before bed and sleep quality has definitely improved. The 360-count bottle lasts a long time so the price per serving is hard to beat. Capsules are a reasonable size and easy to swallow. Will be reordering.

Being active, staying well hydrated is important. However, that was not enough to keep leg cramps from waking me up at different hours of the night. Researched and saw these. And even just one cap amazingly did the trick that very first night! Take daily, no more craps. Relaxing effects. Better sleep

Im only taking one capsule, its may first time taking this,its been a week and i would say it improved my sleep. I dont wake up every 2 hours at night anymore. It was hard for me to sleep right away but because of this , i can sleep easily. Capsule is not big and easy to swallow. Made me have the urge to go in the morning. Its effective for me.
