Braava Jet Solution
Just bought a house with dark hardwood floors. My dogs are in and out all day so the floors get pretty dirty. Purchased the Roomba S9+ and Braava Jet mop to help through the week until I have time to use my steam mop on the weekends. Tried using te Braava jet with plain water per the instructions but it didn’t ever feel clean and leafy tire marks everywhere. I’ve always liked the smell of Fabuloso cleaner so I figured I’d try to use it in the Braava jet. I was actually kind of surprised at the results! House smelled great and the Braava jet seemingly cleaned more thoroughly. Also, tire marks were greatly reduced. Like I said, I have dark hardwood floors so i can still see some tracks, but it is substantially better than plain water and the cleaning solution the iRobot sells for the Braava jet. I fill the reservoir with water and add about a tablespoon of Fabuloso. I’ve been running my Braava jet mop like this everyday (twice a day) for a month and have consistently been impressed. Love this cleaning solution and it smells fantastic!
