Brightalk 13-Inch Korean BBQ Grill Pan, Cast Iron Griddle for Indoor and Outdoor Stovetop Use

This ia an absolutely awesome pan. It is quite big in size but the material & quality is really good. I make indian rotis on this and it is THE BEST & THE PERFECT cast iron with a little bit dip in the middle which is great for indian rotis cooking.

The product was great! I just wish it was a little bit heavier.

I seasoned this pan twice before using. Nothing sticks to it now. I have fried bacon, sausage, hash browns, sunny side up,and scrambled eggs. None of these items stuck to the pan. Very impressed. Using it on an induction cooktop.

Excellent product, wish it was a little bigger

The pan itself seems decent and usable, but the design is not the same as the product photo. The bottom is flat rather than curved like in the picture. It still works, but the listing photos should match the actual product.

I absolutely love this discada or cowboy wok as some people call them. The sides are not as steep as a traditional wok which allows me to put the bits of food that are done , up on the edges of the pan while the rest is still cooking in the center such as bacon for example and the done bits drain back into the pan so i save on paper towels. My first dish was a frozen pizza because i pre seasoned the pan as the directions said and the oven and pan was already hot so i decided to try it. The pizza came out perfect. I cant wait to take it camping this summer. One more thing, it has a five and a half inch flat bottom underneath so it doesn’t wobble around like a traditional wok but the thirteen inch cooking surface is curved. So if you’re wanting to try one of these cast iron pans i don’t think you’ll regret this one. I love mine.

This works great as both a camp wok and griddle. Pleased with this purchase.

i will get right to it i do not know what this coating is all i can say with certainty is it isn't traditional pre seasoning it is some kind of coating with a wrinkle texture finish. i feel confident in saying so since i own about 10 pieces of genuine cast iron cookware. i tested the pan all over with a magnet it sticks but the coating bothers me there is no way to know what it actually is. im going to hit it with a wire wheel and clean that off just on the cooking surface and i suspect it will just be steel which is fine.

Arrived on time and product meets above standard

It is by far the most favourite bbq grill we had! Just don't forget to season it after.

Much thinner cast iron than I expected .
