I bought these as I suffer frequently with thrush (sorry if tmi) but these have helped keep things as they should in that department, I feel 1000000% better although I don’t take EVERYDAY, every other as they are slightly pricey. No side effects to report, tablets are large but easy to manage as the capsules are smooth they go down easily. I would say they are very effective and worth the pennies 😊

A newly prescribed drug caused a violent intimate fare-up similar to Thrush. Tried several different remedies ( Canesten cream, plain yoghurt etc, ) but finally stopped the new drug and started taking these probiotic capsules. After many weeks of extreme discomfort it is slowly but surely clearing up. I estimate that by the time I have finished the capsules supplied I many not need to take any more.

Game changer, if you suffer recurring thrush this is definitely for you. I suffered once to twice a month .Seeing this I thought I’d try them. The first month I had a mild attack but didn’t last more than few days. It’s not going to work immediately but certainly lessened the problem. Next month free from thrush. I will take for another month. These are amazing worth every penny.
