As packed, the Festool TS 75 Plunge-Cut Saw has a shipping weight of approximately of 25 pounds. The 75-inch Guide Rail has a shipping weight of approximately 10 pounds. The guide rail is a bit heavier than it's actual weight, as we have custom fiberboard strips we attach to the shipping carton to reinforce it so as to prevent damage while in transit with either UPS or FedEx.
