Fits & works well
Got this for post-OP ankle surgery as all my other ice packs (they have their own mini freezer sadly) didn't really fit around my ankle well. So I thought I'd give this 1 a try. Little beads fill the pack so it does conform pretty well. Trying to get the strap in the right position so it would stay on & not move was a tad tricky. I like that it has a cloth-like soft side so it protects your skin needing no other towels or anything. It stays cold for about 20 min, but i flipped it around so the plastic side was directly on my skin giving me an extra 10 min of cooling relief. It refreezes pretty quickly. All in all, it's a nice ice pack for post-OP ankle surgery and/or sprains

Love it for my elbow
I recently bought a second one of these because of my tendinitis and elbow pain. I prefer to use the โcolderโ so I have to twist the strap in order for the Velcro to secure. But itโs flexibility works great.

Like other beaded ice packs the cold dissipates quickly, but it is versatile and handy to have.
If you're looking for an ice pack that will stay cold for a long period of time, this isn't the product you need. I've found that the beaded ice packs like this really don't maintain the cold very long compared to reusable gel ice packs. This did't cost a lot, and there was a special running during Prime Week so it was worth a go. A nice feature is the soft side that goes against your skin so you don't have to find fabric to protect your skin. It is a versatile little ice pack and is perfect if you don't need it to stay cold long.

Great little pack for face
My mom had eyelid surgery and mentioned her regular ice packs were uncomfortable, so I sent her this. She said itโs perfect for faces and used it warm and cold.

Great to use on the foot and ankle with the strap and Velcro. Very soft material. Problem was it didnโt stay cold very long.
