This is the most useful and best hot and cool pack I have used for healing and relieving pain from muscles. It works well just requires a 1min of microwave oven to heat it and probably 1 hour to cool it use it at its full potential.

For instant re leaving from pain use cold or for long term use hot I used both. The heat is very hot please don’t take this lightly.

One of the very best buys!!!!!! I use the cold gel version only. Can store it in the freezer indefinitely but had to buy more cos of frequent use. Very useful for high-performance sports enthusiasts. I wonder if such a collection exists to support high-performance sports.
