Why is this frequenty purchased with Dawn dish soap? I gotta know

All I can think of is that people buy the combo for pets. Dawn blue is great for washing pets with fleas. And the monistat works on ringworm. A comment problem in kittens and puppies. Just a guess though.

It really works.
