Delicious chilli, not too spicy
Love these chilli flakes, not too spicy, just nice and flavourful. Use them alot in my cooking. Fantastic for making chilli prawns. They have a slightly smokey flavour to them.

Nice
Hatton Hill spices are good quality. You can get cheaper, but not as good a quality. The Aleppo chilli flakes are nice in kebabs and Middle Eastern dishes. The spice is mild, but has a lovely flavour.

They are very hot! Much hotter than the last ones I purchased (NOT same product I hasten to add!) Just be careful how much you use - we couldn't eat the spicy roast carrot and sweet potato soup I made - mind you, a friend loved it!
