so how many miles/years did you get out of your original bearings hf before having to replace them with these?

I had one go bad at 7500 miles, so I replace them once a year (ie. about 5K miles). They are easy to replace and it's cheap insurance.

Are these bearings usa made or just licensed in usa?

Not 100% sure but 90% of all small bearing are not made in the usa.
