Great Idea, but with some caveats.
They can work well on some glasses and not others. I think the idea of these clip n readers is really great, but choosing the correct ones is a bit difficult, especially when blindly buying them online. There is some math involved, and numbers needed from your optometrist. Personally I need three different glasses, for near, middle and far. I chose the 3.5 for computer work, and other tasks at arm's length. My mistake that this is the power I need for this distance, but when placed on my farsighted glasses (in which both eyes have a different script) the strength is amplified more because of the far prescription... So, it is difficult to see the computer, or red music sheets, but, the additional strength makes them more applicable to readers and close up detail work. For midview I would need to look at my prescription numbers, and add these to choose a better midrange. I hope this makes sense? The do seem to work correctly on non-script sunglasses... the 3.5 midview works better, except again, my eyes have two different scripts, so that adds a little difficulty in that. What I really would like them for are my onion cutting goggles! I wear these goggle to keep my eyes from tearing, and I usually wear my readers on the outside of those so I can see what I am cutting... these would be perfect for that, BUT, I can not clip these to the onion frames!!! I am going to try and figure a way that I can wear these with the onion and other safety glasses/goggles. It would make so much sense to be able to do this!

Bigger size for bigger glasses-when your progressive lenses just don't work
These are pretty lightweight and help when your transition lenses in your glasses just aren't working when you are keyboarding and don't have time to buy another pair of glasses for medium length computer work. They flip up softly --when I need to look out at the parking lot if a client is coming into the office and clip off easily without worrying that they will break like other brands. The pieces that touch your glasses are well cushioned.

Easy to apply magnification to ordinary glasses
This clip on magnifier/reader was easy to install on my glasses and they hold firm and I’ve been able to flip up and down the magnifier without it falling off my glasses. As for the magnification factor of these….I found that these were not as good or strong as I was expecting plus when you add magnification to distance glasses it doesn’t work quite as would like meaning that I’d expected that the magnification would help me read fine print but instead it only provided a minimal amount of magnification that I could read some of the finer print but not all of smaller print as I’d hoped for. Overall I liked how this clip on lens was easy to install and use but unfortunately I expected the magnification aspect to allow me to dual use my prescription distance glasses and add this to allow me to make them readers as well but it didn’t work out the way I expected.

Do not fit on wire frames
The clips are opened by pressing the tab at the top, over the bridge of the nose. There is a nice plastic case inside of the drawstring bag that opens from the side.On wire frames, the clips have nothing to grip on to. These appear to be made for solid frames. The grips are too wide, but can probably be bent to the inside. Worst problem is the flip up function. This is not a reliable hinge, it is just a wire loose in a tube, so that the lenses wobble around loose , back and forth with every movement of the head. We have had flip up technology for many decades, there is no excuse for these wobbling around like that. Does the user have to tape the bottom of the reading glass lens down to the bottom of the eyeglass frame, to get them to hold still? Please redesign this with a dependable flip up hinge. Also, the clip on part is wires, tipped with a bit of rubber. When the rubber falls off or wears through, the wires will scratch the eyeglasses. That should be redesigned, too.Its too bad, as the lenses might be good to help people with close work. But the designs of the clip on and flip up make this almost completely unusable. Maybe I got a defective one.

Riwissipa Reading Glasses Clip-On Magnifiers for Eyeglasses, Work great but a bit heavy.
The only complaint that I have is that my glasses are light and these add ons are quite heavy so that my glasses really fall off from the added weight. I can get some sort of sport band to hold my glasses on. But, the 1.50 add is perfect and I can see really great for crafts. I love to be able to just flip the lenses up and see with my RX when needed. These clip on added lenses, are a low tech, inexpensive way to jerry rig my regular glasses to see better detail when crafting. I do have the lighted jeweler's headgear that works great, but those do not go over my glasses well and I typically use those when at a bench doing a lot of one type of thing, and I'm not switching from one sight distance to another. These offer more flexibility. The yellow tint, very slight tint, and blue blocking is obvious with these lenses. I think they do relax my eyes, and relax me in general, when around the TV or Computer screen, maybe the general room lighting is less stressful with this yellow tint.I would like the mag level to be printed somewhere in the clip, so I remember the mag level. I forget. The clips are in my field of vision and at first they bothered me but I've gotten used to them. I think they work well from a physics perspective as they are and to bring them in closer to the nose they'd not connect well to my lenses. Their fine. I like them and I'm using them a lot.5 stars

Required assembly - originally thought was broken
When I opened the package, the clip was in 2 pieces and was not attached to the glasses. I thought it had arrived broken. I went to the product page and found a video showing how to assemble, possibly posted from a customer. It took a couple tries. The video was helpful and it might be good if it was loaded into product description.
