These bra pad inserts are good quality. I like how the edges are sewn because it helps keep the edges of the inserts from fraying. These inserts are great to use in unlined and wireless bras because they give you a nice shape as well as giving lift and extra support for your bustline.

I purchased these to replace the thin foam inserts that come with most sports bras, and they’ve been a noticeable upgrade in both quality and comfort. For reference, I’m a DD, and while these inserts are slightly smaller than ideal for full coverage, they still provide solid shaping and support—especially for athletic use. I primarily wear sports bras while horseback riding, and these help keep everything secure without feeling bulky or stiff. The added padding is a big plus compared to standard inserts, and the material itself is smooth and easy to work with. One detail I really appreciate is that the fabric doesn’t catch or cling when adjusting them inside the bra, which makes positioning quick and frustration-free. If you’re looking to replace worn-out inserts or want a bit more structure in your sports bras, these are a great option. Those with a larger cup size may just want to keep in mind that coverage isn’t full, but performance-wise, they still hold up well. I’ll also be testing these in a swimsuit on an upcoming trip and will update if they perform just as well in that setting!

I bought these only because my nipples were poking through my favorite bra and I wanted some extra coverage. These not only resolved that issue, but they provided extra support, too. Now, my favorite comfortable bras are better suited for working out, too. I definitely recommend trying them out.

I can appreciate how lightweight, smooth, and well-made these inserts are. However, they are a far cry from being ideal. I really like the concept of a thin, natural insert that offers discretion while still letting your shape shine through, and these come very close in theory. In practice, however, the coverage just isn’t sufficient for larger breasts. In my case, the inserts were noticeably smaller than the ones that originally came with my sports bras and did not fully cover my breast. The coverage simply wasn’t there, which led to shifting and defeated the purpose of replacing them in the first place. If you’re on the smaller end of a D cup, or even a C, these may work beautifully for you. If you’re truly fuller-busted, even the D/E option may leave you wanting more. For context, I ordered the D/E size. I typically wear a 36D–36DD, depending on the brand.

I absolutely love these SERMICLE Bra Pad Inserts!! I have very small breasts, (I'm 64, and my breasts headed south when I was in my 50's lol) and these inserts are fantastic!! They're very easy to insert into my sports bras and add just enough padding to make them look fuller and more rounded, but they don't look fake. They also don't move around once you have them in the bra. I haven't had to wash them yet, but I plan to wash them by hand in cold water. Overall, these Bra Pad Inserts are pretty great if you're looking for something to round out your breasts and add just a little oomph!! Hope this helps!!

I typically wear sports bras as I find them more comfortable than normal bras for everyday wear. The one thing I dislike about sports bras is that they lack any shape. I'm not large chested (36B) and I find that most sports bras just don't do much by way of flattering my shape at all. I got these inserts and replaced the single-layered thin insert that came with my sports bra. My sports bras have a little slit to access a pocket on each side. My bras had a very thin insert in there - - - it was just thick enough to hide the headlights. I pulled those out and replaced them with these. * * these inserts do not have their own ability to secure themselves inside a bra. It's ideal if your bra has a slit so you can insert these into the cups. They may work and stay in place if you just place them between the bra and your breast, but I haven't tried using them that way. Man, these made an immediate difference! They give me a little more shape and definition and the extra padding in the bottom crescent area sorta works like a push up bra - - - no more uni-boob! It still doesn't make a sports bra as flattering as an underwire, but it's definitely an improvement for my casual daily wear.

I ordered these in an A cup but the ones I received were more like a C cup! Way too big! I sent them back. Someone needs to learn how to tell the size because A cup is definitely not big like these pads that look more like a C cup! I didn't ecen take them out of the package because I could tell ny looking at them that they were too big.
