Read my comprehensive review
If you’re buying a smart watch around this price range you will want to read this review!! I’m OCD and spent forever going through all the smart watches in this price range. I’ve tried and used a couple smart watches in this price band before and stopped using them after a short period of time. This was mainly due to having to take watch off and recharge the battery too frequently and the silicone strap not so comfortable. Now,,, all but 2 of the current smart watches on Amazon at the time of writing had reviews of high deception therefore can’t be trusted. This watch was band B , the other choice watch was band A , the most trustworthy of reviews. This watch had a few hundred more reviews than the 1 in band A. I decided on this watch as it had a metal mesh strap and bigger screen. I’m honestly so happy I chose as I did. My wrist is big around 20cm - 22cm and the mesh strap fitted me perfectly with approximately 4cm to spare. It’s much more stylish looking and very comfortable, much more comfortable than the silicone straps. It came with a spare black silicone strap, which is much bigger fitting if you have a bigger wrist than me. I personally don’t like the rubbery feeling straps. I’ve waited to post this review to test it out for a couple of weeks. It was very easy to set up even for a fossil like me. From box, it took an hour to charge then I set out installing the app and going through settings to suit my needs which took 15 minutes. I had no trouble setting up what’s app messages and SMS . I did change the setting to press the button to activate the screen as I found moving my hand around activated it, it’s really quite sensitive and I’m trying to conserve battery to reduce the frequencies of charging the watch. You can change the watch face screensaver and I was impressed by the many choices you have to choose from. I never found the big screen face bulky as I read in another review. I’ve customised the watch to maximise battery life and it was 13 1/2 days before I had to charge up. The features are easy to use and although I wouldn’t trust 100% oxygen, blood pressure and heart rate monitoring from a watch in this price range, I believe it’s as accurate enough to give you a decent guide at least, I’m confident it is reasonably accurate though. I did test the blood pressure it was a good measurement . The step and sleep counter are spot on. There is surprisingly good sound from it when I get a message or call. I highly recommend you try this watch first with the metal mesh strap over the other silicone straps and the other smart watches Amazon are selling for around this price range. I only decided to try another cheap smart watch to see if I will keep using it unlike the other ones I’ve tried. This was to help me decide if forking out hundreds of pounds for a top of the range smart watch was going to be worth my while. I’m going to get good use out of this first and wait until next year and see if the battery life on the expensive smart watches I want gets any better. That’s down to me and which model will have the best battery life when I’m ready. I find taking your watch off to charge frequently is the biggest annoyance to me. If I’m not happy at that point I can keep using this all the same. I may buy another if after a couple months I’m still as happy and save a fortune. This is a 100% honest review. I paid £21.99 as I had Amazon prime account and I’m not being recompensed in anyway for this review.

Great value for money and a lovely watch
It's accurate, comfy to wear and the charging is quick too. The battery life lasts around a week which is much better than other smart watches

Nice little watch with a few niggles
Overall the watch is a nice stylish light little thing with a reasonable amount of faces to chose from. It's features are good and plentiful only drawback is for some reason anyone else can connect to it and I cannot figure out how to stop it other than that a good watch

Smart watch that is not so Smart
I bought this as my iWatch (1st gen) has had it, this was only ever as temporary watch until I can afford another proper watch. Good bits - battery life - lasts days. It does look good, it feels good. Bad bits - it’s fiddly to put on, the metal strap looks great but it falls off, it is nightmare to put on. When playing music on my phone or watching something the watch will randomly switch to playing the content through the watch speaker which is crap. This is annoying and I can’t turn it off. It is inaccurate - the only accurate thing it does is tell the time, all of the other data it collects is massively out. I tested this using my Apple watch and all of the data was out by roughly 1/3. This is essentially just a watch not much smart about it. Even when using apps like Strava the distance the watch thinks you have walked / run is still way out. Text messages will pop up when they feel like it not 100% of the time, it will randomly lose sync with its master app. Making phone calls through it, waste of time I would not recommend this watch, it is a case of you get what you pay for.

Ten months later...
I've been using this watch for 10 months now. I have no complaints after getting it set up the way I want it.. It's held up quite well. Durable, some might call it. So far (knock wood) I haven't managed to scratch up either the face, the band, or the watch body. The black, with black metal band looks good. It's so comfortable to wear, I forget I'm wearing it. I'm a big guy. It's hard to find a watch that fits. This fits me, and will even size down so far my 4'9" mother also wears one with the metal band. (She got the rose gold and pink) I've read reviews about the connection. I *think* it automatically disconnects as soon as the charge drops below 30% to save the battery. I don't know this for certain, but that's what mine seems to do. To reconnect, charge it up. If it still doesn't reconnect, go through the app instead of your phone's Bluetooth settings, and it connects right up with no issue. The heart rate monitor seems to be about right. At least it's in line with what my old smart watch used to tell me. The blood pressure monitor seems to be pretty accurate as well. Is the step counter accurate? I have no idea. It counts steps. I don't care how many it tells me I've taken, so not an issue either way as far as I"m concerned. If I remember right, this was rated IPx8 when I bought it back at the end of December. I don't know how true that is, but mine still works fine. It may be pretty waterproof. I don't wear it in the shower, and I haven't been caught out in a storm where I was soaked "to the bone" in it either. I'm not a fitness nut. I just want a watch that fits, is accurate, and looks good. With the blue/green face I use it definitely looks good. The battery life... is amazing. I probably go two full weeks at a time between charges. Turn off the "raise to wake" function in the app settings, and battery life goes way up. This thing's got more functions than I'll ever use. I rarely read a text on it. I'll probably never use it to make or answer a call. There are probably a dozen other possible functions I'll likely never put to use, but I like the watch, and intend to keep using it 'til I find one I like more, or I manage to break it and have to get a replacement. For the money, it's a great watch. I got it on sale the day after Christmas. Based on what I paid for it, I figure it's paid for itself already, just in everyday use as a watch. Is it as good as those high dollar smart watches from the big companies? For what I use it for, I'd have to say yes.
