Cheap Junk , Broke in two months
Bought two . Both broke from the same place within 2 months with barely any usage. The hinges break. Both were used carefully without any stress on hinges as we used them only for toasting. I donto understand why brands are destroying there brand value by selling cheap chinese junk . Never again i will buy Wipro.

Locking system and plates alignment
Not a great product, locking system is not working properly and even the both plates alignment is not good.

One of the best toasters
This is my first toaster and this one easily makes toasts. It is easy to clean and one added advantage is the auto cutoff feature, although it is not timed. Just make sure you clean it well before stacking it especially in a cupboard, else you run a risk of mold formation. For a small device, it is exceptionally hot. I can make 2 medium sandwiches side by side

Bad Experience - Always try calling customer care number before buying any product
Product not working from first use (received on 19Feb). Plates are not heating. I missed 10 day return window, so I Tried contacting Wipro customer care, WhatsApp - Not reachable Email - Not reachable Customer care service no - Invalid, Not reachable Learned one lesson, always try calling customer care number for any product before buying it. If they are not reachable, then what's the point of warranty, just buy at your own risk. update: 18 April Wipro Customer care reached me through WA, asked me to return defective unit. I did that and after week they send me same defective unit as replacement unit. I checked the SNO, which is same. I have old photos, so its certainly same defective unit again. Very bad service, again I will repeat don't go for brand, go for service reputation in your area. Thanks
