Where is the size guide?

There is no size guide, has elastic on both ends. I have a big arm and it fit very well and was comfortable

How do you size this product?

There is a size chart on the page--- My hubby went with a medium. He is about 6 feet tall and about 180 now. Leaner frame. I wanted it to fit tighter but not too tight. It was great!
