The grit is just right - it'snot as course as the black grits! The sticky side is very sticky, so residue is left on the paddle/rasp, but easy to clean off. It's easy to use.

These are perfect for mobile nail techs. This makes Pedicures so much easier when mobile. Just apply the strips to the stainless steel paddle, complete the pedicure, remove the strips and just give the paddle a wipe down. So much easier than using a metal file that needs to be scrubbed and disinfected and much less wasteful than the fully disposable files. Will buy again.

Love this ones, I must say I am using this grit most of the times on my clients as it’s gentle, but also removes a lot. It is easy to be used with the same brand file and the glue sticks well and lasts for long. You can clean it with a brush and soap after use.

The pads leave your feet lovely and smooth, I was sceptical at first, but after using them I think they are great, very efficient at removing dry/dead skin from your feet and leaving them salon smooth.

i do not know why i haven't used a stainless foot file before with removable pads.

This is the perfect grit for smoothing out your calluses after you’ve used the 80 grit pad. Or if you don’t have bad calluses, you could just use this pad alone.
