This product works great and is easy to use. Didn’t come with batteries but the seller provided a $5 refund to compensate for the batteries missing. A+ to the seller and the product.

So lets just say it hooked up just fine but if you are planning on removing the nut to stick the float switch through a hole. You will have to cut the cable and re-solder or splice back together. I suppose you could cut the nut and it would still screw back on if you cut the nut. It connected to the wifi no problem.Using it as a aquarium sensor.Good:- Works- Two ports per Module- Wall unit for remote alerting- Two Modules- Uses a standard 3.5mm audio connector. Tested with another switch and Audio connector (Works great)- App works just fineBad:Float switch nut cannot go over 3.5 audio connector (You must cut a grove in the nut or cut the cable and splice).Other then those little things it seems like a solid product.

I’ve setup a rain barrel system with this sensor set and it is the optimum solution that is reliable, simple to setup, provided me connectivity to wifi with alarms on my iOS devices, and on top of that is affordable!I tried multiple other systems without luck because they were either unreliable or required me to modify my rain barrel making unnecessary holes in to pass large cables or big probes.The ingenuity of the design of this product is such that the lines connect to the transmitter using audio jacks so I can disconnect the probe line and pass it through small openings in the rain barrel and connect it again. If I need extensions it’s as simple as buying a headphone extension cable. Furthermore, the app not only gives me access to the alarms with a ton of customization options but also lets me model different interactions with other devices.Lastly, the customer support is top notch. My questions were expertly promptly answered. I thoroughly recommend this seller.

I wanted to share my experience with the water sensor I purchased, and unfortunately, it's far from positive, leading me to give it just one star. Firstly, configuring it through the app proved impossible; it simply doesn't function as it should. Moreover, the sensor incessantly sounds the alarm when triggered, making it quite bothersome. Lastly, the cord designed to secure it to the water tank is poorly designed and fails to serve its purpose. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't get it to operate efficiently.In summary, I would not recommend this product to any buyer. Its design flaws significantly impact its functionality, and the overall experience has been disappointing. I hope my review assists other consumers in making informed decisions.

Delivery was prompt and item as described. It was super quick and easy to set up and work Ed well when tested..the true test will be to see if it alarms when water levels rise in our sump pumps and also to see if the low battery sensor works but so far very satisfied and would recommend Definitely giving me some peace of mind that I’ll know in advance if we have any future sump pump failures

Hi,I've been using the product for three months without any issues. However, within the last month, the battery in both sensors has been draining within two days. Can anyone provide some advise on this? This device is monitoring my Hydroponics reservoir and it is crucial for my operations?Update - reached out to the supplier who agreed to send me a replacement.

Well packaged. Just needed better documentation The item itself looks like it has some quality. But if only there was more information about the setup process

lo instalé el 4 de febrero del 2023. Es su primer día de prueba. Hice simulaciones en un vaso con agua y funciona perfecto. Al instalarlo, amarré los cables de los sensores al tubo de alimentación del tinaco (detector de fuga y de nivel de agua ) y pegué por dentro en la tapa del tinaco, con la cinta doble cara que está incluida en el paquete, el emisor de señales. El primer inconveniente fue que al detector de nivel de agua (trae un flotador) le falta peso para undirse en el agua y se deje de mover de arriba a abajo (eso detona la alarma) Le amarré un peso adicional a la tuerquita de plástico y dejó de emitir alarmas. El detector de fugas lo puse arriba del nivel del flotador. Todo dentro del tinaco. Por otro lado, El Hub, que es el receptor de señal, debe estar cerca del router para que pueda dar señales de alarma de forma remota (a tu celular), pero no a mas de 90 metros de distancia de los sensores. Lo padre de esto, es que si no hay señal de wifi, el hub, de cualquier forma emite alarma (suena el hub). Por lo pronto, seguirá a prueba. Espero resuelva mi problema. Pues cuando recortan el suministro de agua nos damos cuenta muy tarde y cuando llega, se desborda por que el flotador se queda pegado

Compré este producto para que me alarme cuando baja el nivel de agua en la cisterna de la casa, me ha servido mucho porque me alerta cuando el suministro de agua por parte del municipio falla, y de esa manera raciono el uso de agua mientras se restablece el servicio municipal.

Cumple su función, se alarma cuando no hay agua pero no envía comando cuando se normaliza, falta ese detalle para que pueda cumplir su función al 100%
