Is this really gluten free
This macaroni and cheese is so delicious I didn't realize it was gluten free. It's very creamy and very similar to the regular Velveeta Shells and cheese you can barely tell the difference. We now eat it all the time as I have to eat gluten free now

Great Tasting and Easy to Make Gluten-Free Mac N Cheese
These gluten-free shells taste great and are easy to make. I put them in the microwave for 7.5 minutes with enough water to cover the shells plus about one inch. I rinse them well in hot water, so they don't taste mushy from the leftover starch. I love that I don't have to have milk and butter on hand to make mac and cheese. My son even asks for this version, and he isn't gluten-free. To me, it tastes just like the original, although I have not had gluten in over 20 years, so I could be mistaken. :)

Almost identical to the non gluten option!
I was impressed to say the least. I'm new to having to be gluten free and this was spot on to the original! I think I over cooked the shells a tiny bit but still tasted better than other gluten free pasta I have tried. Texture was good but when I stirred in the cheese sauce some of the shells started to stick together and break a little. I think that was my fault though. Fixed the Mac n cheese craving for sure! I saw some people complained about the cost but honestly I didn't think it was that bad considering I only have to cook gluten free for me so it's just offering the grocery shopping I don't have to do for myself for the other 3 in my household.

I added a can of stewed tomatoes, drained for an added quick side or lunch. Close to the original.
