This product is super good. I use it every day for muscle aches and works wonderfully. I also use magnesium l-threonate from this company at night. the threonate form relaxes me and help me sleep. I tried before other brands, so far this seems to be superior.

This Product is Mislabled. The description should read something like "Magnesium and Taurine", because it contain magnesium malate (a chelated form of magnesium, this type is attached to malic acid, which is used in energy production. This easy-to-absorb form is best for chronic fatigue sufferers.) and taurine. Magnesium taurate is a completely different molecule: It is a chelated form of magnesium attached to taurine and is commonly used to prevent arrhythmia and other cardiovascular issues. So the product they are offering is probably useful for chronic fatigue and a some other issues, but not very useful for someone with arrhythmia or heart issues.

Too low of dosage

Great product without all the added stearates and fillers.
