I was a skeptic about red light healing for years. My sister came to visit and brought her Romsa red light therapy knee brace. WhenI tried it on my back I didn't feel any immediate change. However a few hours later it dawned on me that the back pain I had been experiencing was down to a dull roar. I ordered one for myself that night. So far, I have used it on my knees, back, and sore arm muscles. I am loving it, and may get another so I can do both knees at the same time.

It is so amazing. I have purchased it a few times for older family members including my young niece that got hurt and she can’t stop using it. I currently have two for both my knees I also got hurt and it’s so healing.

I purchased this knee brace as a somewhat desperate attempt, to find something that would provide some relief to my tennis elbow, golf elbow, and knee pain, after my workouts. Most of my workouts are the Cindy workout (pull ups, push ups and air squats). I usually do it with a weighted vest which can raise the chances of inflammation and pain the areas around my elbows and my knees can act up. I've been using this brace before and after workouts. My tennis and golf elbow is much less painful after using this brace and when my knees are feeling inflamed, I'll use one twenty minute session with the massager, the heat, and red light, and another session with red light and heat only for another twenty minutes (for each knee). After that, my knees feel much better. On my elbows, i just use one 20 minute session with the massager, heat, and red light, and I have immediate relief. I'm truly surprised at what I've experienced up until this point. I've had the brace for about two weeks, so hopefully I'm not just having a good few weeks here. The battery life is really good. Working on the lowest massage level and setting the light and heat to 5 or 6, I've been getting about 6-7 sessions solid! I'll be getting a second brace so I can work the therapy bilaterally. 5 stars for the following: 1- comfort 2- well made 3- great battery life for its size 4- I use it several times a day and have not had a single issue

Easy to use but after 1 month don’t see any difference.
